Located on the Doha Corniche, the Mina District is accessible via car, taxi, or ride hailing apps. Alternatively, the Mina District is a 20-minute walk from the National Museum Metro station which can be reached via the Gold Line. Entry is free, and there is ample parking available right outside the Mina District and at Box Park.

Pay a visit to the camera-friendly Box Park – a development built with brightly coloured shipping containers. Find your country’s flag at Flag Plaza, or visit the Museum of Islamic Art. The must-see Souq Waqif is also nearby, as well as Al Bidda Park.
Get the catch of the day at Chabrat Al Mina, the new fish market and restaurant. Under a beautiful glass ceiling you can stock up on salmon, scallops, tuna, sea bass, crabs, squids, oysters, mussels and tuna. Or enjoy a seafood feast at the stylish Chabrat Al Mina restaurant next door, where chefs skilfully prepare the catch of the day.
