Explore Zekreet and the haunting moonscape of the Ras Abrouq formations. Nestled in between the mushroom shaped rock formations, Richard Serra's East-West/West-East installation comprises of four steel plates. Over 14m in height, the installation spans over 1km, offers a comment on isolation and the passage of time. Other highlights include Film City and the Arabian oryx sanctuary.

Head to Katara Cultural Village. Home to shops, galleries, theatres, concert halls, and a multitude of cafes and restaurants, it’s easy to lose oneself here. Standing at the edge of Katara, Galeries Lafayette is features over 400 designer brands from all over the world. Feels like Paris, but with Arabian hospitality.
